CVS pharmacies are now selling a paternity kit. The test will be performed by taking a swab of the inside of the child and suspected father’s mouth. The samples and consent forms will then be mailed into a lab. Results will be available within 3 to 5 days.
The kits are only $29.99, but the lab fee amounts to $119. The product is being produce by the company Indentigene. The product will be available in more than the 10,000 CVS stores nationwide.
